Wow it's been a long time... The assignment was due, and then the internet out for a whole week! It was crazy times! :-) But now it's settled down just a bit, and we are back to just the regular amount of craziness! :-) I am very excited because this aftenoon I get to work with Holly! And I PROMISE that there will be pictures and stories from that later. But for now, it's laundry and homework until 2 when its time for work... until then :-)

I was in GA having THanksgiving with my family. Hope you had a good one, however you would celebrate it in the Philipines.

Trust this finds you doing well. Hope your Thanksgiving (although away from home) was a good one. Trust this finds you doing well. We are doing well here. Right now, we are praying for the RIGHT position for Dave. Although we've been here at the camp for 2 1/2 years, the owner just isn't wanting to put any money into the camp to make it look nicer. I (Karen) have been working along side the Office Manager to try and get the groups who have been coming here to come back. When I would fax that information up to the owner in NY, I would find out that there was someone up there in his office who was making the EXACT same phone calls I had made and he would get the credit if the groups would come to the camp!!! Some way to run a camp huh?!? So now I have my own list, and refuse to share it with them in NY!! I WILL do the work necessary to get try and get groups in the camp. However the downside to this is, when Chad and Julie got married in August, and we came back from Alabama, I just found out that the past 13 1/2 weeks was worth NOTHING to me!! (Meaning he is refusing to pay me for the hours I have put in!!) He's such a cold hearted man!! He's worth $225 million, and can't share in the wealth and give his employees what is due them!! No wonder nobody really wants to work here for him!! Dave also works for Publix on the side, and either Monday 11/26 or Tuesday 11/27, he is supposed to go in and talk to the store manager (Jack) about the possibility of working there full-time. If he agrees to work there full time, he probably won't start there until sometime in January though. Please pray that the right job -- especially with benefits -- will come along. Kaela and Cameron are growing like weeds!! Kaela is in 4th grade, and Cameron in 2nd!! Time sure is flying by!! Now that I have an address to send a Christmas card to, I will be able to send pictures of them to you. Just waiting on the pictures now -- the cards are all made out waiting to have the pictures put in them.
